Owen Witt leads sales and supports quality and production at NOW Manufacturing, where he drives customer engagement and operational strategy for wire harness and cable assembly programs. He’s focused on building transparent quoting systems, tightening cross-functional communication, and ensuring every product moves smoothly from engineering approval to on-time delivery. Owen works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to align quality, speed, and scalability in every build.
Nam Bui - Co-Founder/VP of Production
Nam Bui leads operations and quality at NOW Manufacturing, where he builds ISO 9001–aligned processes for wire harness and cable assembly production. He’s known for turning NCR/SCAR data into targeted CAPAs, tightening test and calibration control, and lifting OTD without sacrificing compliance. Nam partners with engineering, supply chain, and customers to drive measurable, risk-based improvements on the floor and in the supplier base.
